We’re back at it again! The Partridge house was named for the lovely bird on the front door…except it is actually a pheasant. But that sounds too much like peasant, so we are going Partridge! This cozy little gem is a 3-bedroom bungalow located just west of downtown Edmonton. We bought this property because of it’s amazing location and the fact it was a single owner home from day 1.
